Junior year definitely is different from the rest of the years in school.
Stress, workload, later nights.
Everywhere I look, someone's panicking over an assignment they have due, or the workload they bring home everyday, or the amount of hours they have to sleep, which definitely is limited for us.
I remember before, I used to be one of those kids (even up to the end of Middle School) who was asleep by 8:30 -- 9. Yet now, I'm up every night until at least 11:30 catching up with work. Even last year, I was the girl who got to sleep early. At the beginning to my "late" nights, people even started asking me why the hell I was up at this time, because it wasn't normal.
It's pretty strange when I look back on it.
Seems like there are a lot of things, as Juniors, that don't exist anymore, such as:
No homework weekends.
Naps.
Free time.
Everything's just happening so fast nowadays. The school year is almost over, and each week is passing by very quickly.
Wow, I haven't had time to update my Xanga in a long time! I'm surprised I'm doing it now while I still have my To-Do list to finish.
Still have Spanish, English, TOK, math and chemistry work to finish.
Well, for sure, this ICARE was different from the others.
Concert Tour was one of the most amazing things that have happened to me, and I'm not kidding. It was a great experience performing in front of a different crowd, and even being treated like celebrities.
Like every ICARE does, I was able to meet new people and get to know them, and even get to know my friends better. We have so many inside jokes from this week:
